AD Curation Studio

Prepare, anonymize, and harmonize data before making it discoverable

AD Curation Studio is a suite of tools designed to help researchers prepare, anonymize, and harmonize data from international clinical trials and biomedical and health research before making it discoverable via the AD Workbench. It may be offered to select data contributors to curate and prepare data for sharing while they work to de-identify or anonymize record-level data. Access is limited to authorized users and can accommodate PHI and PII data.

Secure analyses facilitated by AD Curation Studio are powered by The Aridhia DRE.

Powering a Novel Digital Biomarker Study: SpeechDx

The AD Curation Studio suite is especially well-suited for organizations running multi‑site, longitudinal studies that need to integrate heterogeneous data types while maintaining the highest standards of data security and governance. Sponsors, academic researchers, and collaborative initiatives looking to enable controlled, permissioned data sharing without sacrificing intellectual ownership or regulatory compliance will find the platform particularly valuable.

One such example is the SpeechDx project, sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation’s Diagnostics Accelerator. This project was designed to help solve the longstanding problem of diagnosing Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias early enough in the process of disease progression to enable effective interventions.

SpeechDx leverages the AD Data Initiative’s product suite – specifically, the AD Curation Studio, to harmonize its digital speech and clinical data and make it available to permissioned researchers around the world.
